Terry’s recipes are vegan, gluten-free, and very likely to become your new winter go-to dishes. Class will include a veggie casserole that easily accommodates whatever veggies you have on hand (as well as special dietary needs), a creamy mushroom soup with crispy Brussels sprouts that you’ll swear has heavy cream in it (but it doesn’t), a cleansing and refreshing spinach and watercress salad with Pistachio Lemon Vinaigrette, and Dark Chocolate Everything Bark guaranteed to be your new homemade holiday gift (and addiction). There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion. Terry will provide a shopping list in advance for attendees who would like to cook along with her – making one, two, or all of the recipes.
