This inclusive practice helps to reduce stress and anxiety, revitalize energy, calm the mind, and increase creativity. No meditation or yoga experience necessary. All levels welcome. This technique is practiced laying down. Please have a blanket and pillow ready for class. This virtual class is free for all current patients of Blum Center for Health. Following that we will move at a slow and steady pace with standing poses which allow for focus on breath and alignment while simultaneously improving strength and flexibility. We will return back down to the mat finishing with poses that prepare the body for relaxation. This class is a balance of challenge and ease.
