Guided Imagery uses calming visualization techniques to help shift your body and mind into a relaxed, empowered state. By pairing imagery with breath and sensory awareness, you’ll learn how to quiet mental clutter, reduce anxiety, and create a sense of inner safety and ease. The result is more emotional balance, mental clarity, and tools you can use in daily life.
This virtual class is free for all current patients of Blum Center for Health. Those who aren’t currently patients and sign up for the class will be asked to pay a $10 fee.
