Through gentle instruction and breath awareness, you’ll learn how to relax layer by layer—releasing tension in the body, uncluttering the mind, and restoring emotional ease. This practice is accessible to everyone and can support better sleep, less anxiety, and a greater sense of clarity and calm.
This virtual class is free for all current patients of Blum Center for Health. Those who aren’t currently patients and sign up for the class will be asked to pay a $10 fee.
