Shipping General Policy
We ship only to addresses within the continental United States, excluding Alaska. We do not ship to APO addresses or P.O. boxes. All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. You should receive your purchased items within seven (7) business days from the date your order is processed. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Fees: Orders shipped within the continental United States (excluding Alaska) qualify for free UPS Ground shipping on purchases over $275. For orders under $275, you will be charged the UPS rate selected at checkout.
UPS and USPS Delivery Policies: All shipping is subject to UPS and USPS terms and conditions.
Returns
You may return any unopened product within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund, except for printed materials derived from digital products. These items are non-returnable, as they can be copied or used once provided.
If you purchased a program that includes printed materials and have already received them, your refund will be less the cost of those printed materials.
If you are returning an item because we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you are responsible for shipping fees.
To initiate a return, please email us at orders@blumcenterforhealth.com to request a return authorization number. Include your name (or the recipient’s name), order number, and date of purchase—all of which can be found on your sales receipt or packing list. We will then provide detailed instructions for completing your return or exchange, including shipping information.
