Directions to Blum Center for Health

We are located in Rye Ridge Plaza, a shopping center with multiple buildings and entrances, and this can sometimes be confusing for our patients. We are located in the medical building, with our entrance on Bowman Avenue, directly across the street from Port Chester Middle School. For this reason, when using your GPS navigation device, we suggest using the school address, 113 Bowman Avenue, Port Chester, NY 10573.

Our address is 34 Rye Ridge Plaza, in Rye Brook, NY.
We are located in the lower building of the shopping center, next to the Bar Method and Rye Radiology. Again, our parking entrance is off Bowman Avenue, across from the Port Chester Middle School. Because our entrance faces the street, you can see the Blum Center for Health awning from Bowman Avenue.

If you are coming north from the Cross Westchester Pkwy (I-287) along Bowman Avenue, we are the FIRST parking lot on the right.
If you are coming south along Bowman Ave from North Ridge Street, we are the 3rd and the LAST parking lot entrance on the left. Our office and awning are facing you when you turn into the parking lot, #34.

Please note: we are NOT in the same building or main parking lot as D’Agostino, Starbucks, or Ace Hardware. If you find yourself there, go back out to Bowman Ave, make a left onto Bowman, and then a final left into our parking lot.

Westchester County Airport is 6.6 miles away, and Doral Arrowwood Resort is 3.5 miles away—very convenient for our out of town clients. We can arrange for transportation from these locations as well.
