Mind-Body Skills Workshops
(1 or 2 Hour Offerings)*


Our Mind-Body Skills Workshops will help your employees learn a variety of simple and effective skills to turn work-related anxieties into productivity.

Participants enjoy a hands-on experience focused on learning about the negative effects of stress and practical stress reduction skills that can be used any time. These workshops teach the basics—from a centering focus on breathing that can be practiced anywhere, to a moving meditation, ideal while walking to your next meeting.


For the 1-hour workshop, a choice of (1) from the following:

  • Guided Meditation
  • Guided Visualization
  • Movement Meditation-Shaking & Dancing
  • Autogenics & Biofeedback

Take-home tips are provided so that participants can practice in the comfort of their own homes or offices.
