Join us once a week for a half-hour of guided meditation. The session is led by one of our staff members in the Center’s serene and peaceful meditation room. Our meditation room is a silent space that is also open to our clients for meditation and reflection at other times when no class is being held there.
Come explore your inner world with a guided visualization that invites your mind to create a place of ease and rest within. This is a great practice for people who are challenged by anxiety or panic. The class is half an hour and is offered once a week.
Introduction to Meditation
Learn the basics of how to meditate with instruction on posture, breath, and one of the classic meditation methods. There is time to share your experience of the in-class meditation and ask questions. The class is one hour and is offered one morning and one late afternoon each week.
