This inclusive practice helps to reduce stress and anxiety, revitalize energy, calm the mind, and increase creativity. No meditation or yoga experience necessary. All levels welcome. This technique is practiced laying down. Please have a blanket and pillow ready for class. This virtual class is free for all current patients of Blum Center for Health.
