A trained facilitator teaches a series of powerful and effective, research-based healing tools such as meditation, breathing, drawing, and biofeedback to help you explore life changes, stress and well being in an intimate and supportive group setting. Anyone can benefit from the deepening self-awareness that comes from these explorations, as well as people who have a particular health or life challenge they want to understand more about the connection between what is happening on the outside (life!) and what is happening on the inside (your body, mind and spirit). Nutritional medicine is the foundation for all health, and the best place to learn is in the kitchen! During each class, Dr. Blum will lead the discussion, and Chef Amy Bach will teach the cooking demo that goes along with it. There will be ample time for you to ask questions and initiate topics for conversation. The menu and discussion will focus on foods that heal the gut (ghee, coconut oil, cultured foods) and support digestion (papaya, pineapple).
